Can you even imagine that? I try….but it boggles my mind that the creator of the universe is mindful of me.

Debbie! Awesome stuff on CO. We too have in the last several months been realizing how amazing coconut oil is! LOVE what it does for stir fry. I actually started eating a couple spoons a day, just recently! Hey Robin! It’s just plain wonderful stuff isn’t it!?? It sounds like you’ve read Dr. Fife’s books too…..he states that the goal is to get 2 Tbls. *into* the body each day. We use it on toast…for stir fry, for roasting all veggies….I even cook all of our rices in it. Azure is awesome too!!! I’ve been a member of a local co-op now for about a year. We usually get our coconut oil down in Eugene with a handful of our friends. We buy it by the 5 gallon bucket and split it 3-5 ways. Sounds like we should have coffee soon Robin….I am missing you ladybug oxoxoxoxo
